The company has two 30t electric arc furnaces, one 30t refining furnace, one 30t VD/VOD furnace, one 10t medium frequency furnace, two 5t medium frequency furnaces, one 100t electric automatic annealing furnace, each 60t and 15t electric automatic annealing furnace, one 3t alloy drying kiln and one full-automatic ladle roaster. It mainly produces high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel, spring steel, special round steel and other special high-quality steel. From mold making, molding, smelting, casting, heat treatment, finishing to machining, environmental protection production is realized. Realize fully automatic recovery and cooling, reduce labor intensity of workers, increase environmental protection index, and improve sand mold quality and yield of castings. In 2017, the company implemented technical transformation, and the total investment of the project is planned to be 100 million yuan, mainly to build a production line of amorphous nano masterbatch integrating domestic electric arc furnace, VD/VOD furnace, refining furnace, automatic annealing furnace and other equipment. After the completion of the project, 150000 tons of high-precision products such as amorphous nano masterbatch, mold steel, weathering steel can be produced annually, with profits and taxes of 80 million yuan. The products are sold overseas.
